I am interested in molecular epidemiology of infectious diseases in particular fast evolving RNA viruses, bacteria and phage. I’m also interested in genomics and genome sequencing. My dissertation will be related to human and animal pathogens revealing adaptation and demographic processes from phylogenetic patterns at regional and global scales.
